Volunteer: Grant Operations Playbook and Pipeline

About the role

Create an operational grants function including documented workflows for opportunity review and submission, a prioritized grant pipeline, assignment and oversight processes for volunteer researchers/writers, and basic onboarding materials.

Responsibilities

• Establish a sustainable grants program to increase Army Pink's capacity to secure funding for safe rides and supportive services.
• Expand life-saving support by directly helping more survivors leave danger and access trauma-informed care and resources.
• Volunteers will lead coordination, set up review and submission routines, provide written processes and training materials, and work collaboratively with staff through regular check-ins to ensure a smooth handoff.

Qualifications

• Survivor-led initiative experience preferred.
• Experience with grant management and operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and volunteers.
