Volunteer Engagement Advisor

About the Opportunity:The Volunteer Engagement Advisor role supports the implementation of the organization''s Brand & Engagement strategy by delivering volunteer-driven engagement experiences and brand activation initiatives. This position ensures consistent, high-quality volunteer involvement across programs, contributing to community activation and aligning volunteer participation with broader organizational engagement goals. 3. Responsibilities:• Support delivery and improvement of the Hunger Banquet program, including maintaining toolkits and training materials• Serve as primary contact for event hosts and facilitators to ensure alignment with brand standards• Track participation and feedback to inform program scalability• Execute volunteer-integrated brand and community activation initiatives• Develop clear volunteer roles, schedules, and communications for activations• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate volunteer engagement into initiatives• Facilitate volunteer onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing communication• Contribute to pathways that deepen volunteer engagement and organizing• Maintain accurate volunteer participation data and support CRM hygiene• Share volunteer feedback to improve programs• Assist with tracking engagement metrics and iterative improvements 4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience• Commitment to organizational mission, values, and goals• Understanding of gender justice, racial equity, and diversity principles• Ability to work collaboratively and promote an inclusive work culture• Willingness to travel domestically and work occasional evenings and weekends 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
