Demo Review and Live Feedback for Emerging Animators
Responsibilities
- Review a batch of 6 to 10 animation and motion demo submissions
- Write specific notes on timing, movement, style, and clarity
- Join one live feedback session to react to demos in real time with the animators
- Offer light guidance on a small community motion project or two
- Flag standout animators who are ready for real Ineffable Films projects
Requirements
- The ideal volunteer is a working or experienced professional in this craft
- Wants to give the kind of honest, encouraging feedback they wish they had received
- This project should take 12 to 20 hours to complete
- Will share 2 to 5 hours of their time per week
Qualifications
- Working or experienced professional in animation or motion design
- Has a strong understanding of timing, movement, style, and clarity in animation and motion design
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback
- Experience with animation and motion design
