Volunteer: Crypto and Fiat Fundraising Strategy

About the role

This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections. This project will develop a practical fundraising strategy and actionable roadmap for soliciting and accepting both cryptocurrency and fiat donations.

Responsibilities

• Recommend high-level approaches, outreach ideas, and prioritized next steps for diversifying and growing funding for Osiris Organization.
• Collaborate closely with the Osiris Organization team during volunteer onboarding and planning conversations.
• Provide recommendations that align with the organization's mission of providing access to technology, digital literacy, and career training opportunities for Twin Cities youth and adults.

Requirements

• Volunteer expertise will directly increase the organization’s ability to reach and support more learners.
• Experience with fundraising strategies and/or cryptocurrency/fiat donation platforms is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Passion for supporting technology, digital literacy, and career training initiatives for underserved communities.
• Interest in exploring innovative fundraising methods and technologies.
