Volunteer Committee
Project Linus Canada is a registered Canadian charity whose mission is to make and give new, handmade blankets to local children and youth who are in need of comfort due to trauma caused by serious illness, abuse, grief, or a traumatic event. The Winnipeg chapter collects new handmade blankets from volunteers and distributes them to partner organizations such as Toba Centre, Spence Neighbourhood Association, and Ode'min (Birthing Centre), donating over 500 blankets annually.
