The TGR Foundation seeks individuals who share our passion for empowering youth from under-resourced communities. This role involves expanding educational programs and TGR Learning Labs to underserved areas.
Responsibilities
- Expand educational programs and TGR Learning Labs to underserved areas
- Empower students from under-resourced communities to overcome obstacles and realize their potential
- Provide access to education and opportunities leading to STEAM careers
- Work collaboratively with a team to achieve the foundation's vision
Requirements
- Strong commitment to closing the achievement gap in under-resourced communities
- Experience in education or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of young people
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or a related field
- Experience in program development and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
