ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Affords assistance to staff with interdepartmental errands.
• Performs clerical tasks including typing, filing patient folders, faxing, translating, photocopying, and collating paperwork as required.
• Answers the telephone and directs calls promptly, accurately, and courteously.
• Assists in obtaining basic registration information during emergencies, holidays, or periods of high customer workload.
