Requirements

• Completion of a mandatory orientation before beginning volunteer service.
• Agreement to the Volunteer Code of Conduct, which includes maintaining confidentiality of patient information; treating all patients, staff, fellow volunteers, and community members with dignity and respect; refraining from discrimination; reporting concerns or incidents promptly; and acting in alignment with CBWCHC’s mission.
• Consent to being photographed, filmed, or audio‑recorded during volunteer service, community events, and related activities for organizational use (social media, newsletters, publications, grant reports, educational, promotional materials). If you object to being recorded, notify CBWCHC in writing before your first shift.
