About the role

We work to develop interpersonal skills, personal responsibility, and financial literacy in young adults who are not geared toward a traditional 4-year college experience. Our goal is to prepare them for success in life and the construction trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee young people using tools in our shop
• Oversee young people using technology in our classroom
• Develop interpersonal skills, personal responsibility, and financial literacy
