Key Responsibilities

• Aid in planning and executing team practices and drills.
• Provide individualized coaching to athletes, focusing on skill development and technique.
• Support the Head Coach in managing team strategy, game preparation, and match execution.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline among athletes.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes during practices and games.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff.

Job Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for coaching and teaching volleyball.
• Knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies.

Education And Experience

• Completion of 60 or more college credit hours prior to coaching.
