Responsibilities

  • Oversee flow of Drive Lane.
  • Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, both phone and in person.
  • Ensure technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
  • Greet customers and assist with any inquiries.
  • Consult with customers on service needs, recommendations, and applicable service specials.
  • Document services recommended and/or declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations.
  • Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
  • Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to address all customer concerns.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of successful experience in a dealership or other customer service position.
  • Organized and friendly personality.
  • Time management skills.
  • Fantastic communication skills with customers.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
