Responsibilities
- Oversee flow of Drive Lane.
- Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, both phone and in person.
- Ensure technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
- Greet customers and assist with any inquiries.
- Consult with customers on service needs, recommendations, and applicable service specials.
- Document services recommended and/or declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to address all customer concerns.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of successful experience in a dealership or other customer service position.
- Organized and friendly personality.
- Time management skills.
- Fantastic communication skills with customers.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
