About the role

As a Brand Specialist, you will serve as an expert on Volkswagen vehicles, providing expert guidance to clients, conducting professional demonstrations, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with teammates to foster a positive and supportive work environment while staying current with new automotive technologies and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned Volkswagen vehicles, including personalized video presentations.
• Stay updated on product features, technology, and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.
• Collaborate with teammates to foster a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of both new and pre-owned automotive brands.
• Comfortable using technology, including creating videos for clients and sending professional emails.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and team mentality.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay

Base Salary: $50,000 + Performance-Based Commission (Up to $100,000).

Schedule

Full-Time Position (8-hour shifts, 5-day workweek). Always off Sundays.
