VoIP Deployment Technician 1

Duties/Responsibilities

• Set up, design, configure, and install new PBX systems for clients
• Travel onsite to install VoIP systems at client locations and provide end-user training
• Provide ongoing VoIP support and troubleshooting for existing clients
• Maintain accurate ticketing, documentation, and inventory records for each job

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of networking systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications

• Working knowledge of VoIP systems, including SIP tracing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• One year or more of experience in VoIP technology roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Visio
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in processes, procedures, and priorities

Physical Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to client sites
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights when required

Compensation & Benefits

• The salary range for this position is: $23.00 - $28.00 hourly
• Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience.
