About the role
Taylor Robinson Music is seeking private music instructors, particularly for voice lessons, in the Mobile, AL area.
Responsibilities
- Teach voice lessons in students' homes, your home, or via webcam.
- Set your own schedule and lesson plans.
- Be available to travel to students in the Mobile, AL area if preferred.
- Communicate regularly with the office and keep all lesson times on time.
- Manage your own curriculum and marketing efforts.
- Be organized and prepared for each lesson.
Requirements
- Great with kids and passionate about teaching.
- Love teaching and keeping in good communication with the office.
- Organized and punctual for all lessons.
- A degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience is required.
Qualifications
- No formal music training is mandatory, but having one of the above qualifications is a must.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to teach in various settings (in-person, at home, via webcam).
- Organizational skills.

COVID-19 Precautions
Though some students are okay to take lessons via webcam, most students are hoping to go to their instructor's studio or have their instructor come to their home. You must wear a mask, sanitize your hands, & practice social distancing when applicable.
