About the role

Bach to Rock Fishers is seeking Music Teachers to join our dynamic team. We provide a comprehensive music education that combines foundational techniques and theory with creative expression.

Responsibilities

• Teach private and semi-private lessons using the Bach to Rock curriculum and personal expertise.
• Create lesson notes and assignments in the MyB2R App to monitor progress and encourage at-home practice.
• Build a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for students.
• Guide students in preparing for recitals, open mics, and ensemble participation.
• Participate in curriculum development and special learning events.

Requirements

• College students majoring in music or education, recent graduates with a music/education degree, or musicians with relevant experience.
• A strong understanding of music theory and technique on your primary instrument.
• Experience working with children or teaching is preferred but not required.
• Positive, reliable, organized, and comfortable working with students of all ages and skill levels.
