About the role

The Vocational Specialist implements pre-employment transition services in local schools and collaborates with school and adult service agency personnel. This role involves engaging families and students with disabilities, developing and delivering direct vocational services and individualized supports, providing on-site job training, collecting data, sharing resources, and maintaining follow-up communication with local sites.
