About The Project Activities How you and the community will make an impact together: Conduct a needs assessment to identify priorities aligned with institutional goals and student needs. Assist student teachers with teaching methodologies, classroom management, and curriculum planning and development. Organize workshops and communities of practice for student teachers and educators to exchange ideas and share best practices. Integrate educational technology into instruction and teacher training. Establish and support teacher mentorship programs that foster continuous professional growth and collaboration. You may also work on additional projects that meet the community’s interests and priorities, such supporting youth-focused art programs or summer camps.
