We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Not exactly; we have "Position Summary". Could map to "About the role". Use h3 for each section heading. Use ul/li for lists. Use p for prose. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, cookie/navigation/legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Learn more about WellPower:" link? That's maybe not needed but it's not boilerplate? It's a link to benefits; but we have no benefits section unless posting states them. It mentions benefits link but not details. We should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. So we can include a p with that link? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The link to benefits is not necessarily boilerplate but it's a reference; we could keep as prose? Might be considered navigation? Safer to drop it. Also "Tuberculosis (TB) screening..." is a requirement; keep. We need to preserve all substantive information. So include: - About the role / Position Summary: paragraph. - Responsibilities & Job Duties: list. - Requirements & Qualifications: list (education, experience, credentials, etc.) - Location: maybe as p. - Compensation: as p. - Physical & Mental Demands: maybe as a section? Could be under Requirements? But we can create a section "Physical & Mental Demands" if content present. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. There is content: "Typical Physical & Mental Demands: ..." So we can make a section h3 "Physical & Mental Demands". Use p or ul? It's prose with details; could be p. - Working Conditions: also present; we can make a section "Working Conditions". Use p. - Also maybe "Guiding Principles" is part of organization description; could be included in About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's substantive about org values. Could include as p under About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay is stated: "$31.25/hr, $65,000/yr". So we can include a section "Pay" with that info. Schedule not stated, so omit. Benefits not stated (just link), so omit. We need to use h3 for section headings. Use ul/li for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For responsibilities list, we have many items separated by periods; we can turn each into li. Similarly for requirements: education, experience, credentials/certification, driver's license, etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Let's extract content. Original text: "WellPower envisions a community where every person's mental health is fostered through strength, resilience and hope. Actually TB screening is after that. We'll keep TB screening as a requirement. Also remove "Learn more about WellPower:" and the link. Also remove duplicated lines: there is duplicate "Coordinate care between the rehabilitation department and clinical teams; collaborate with treatment clinicians and support staff." and "Coordinate care between the rehabilitation department and the clinical teams." Slightly different but similar; we keep both as they are separate bullet points? Might be considered duplicate but we should preserve all substantive information; they are slightly different but we can keep both. Now structure:
