Vocational and Intellectual Wellness Manager

Overview And Responsibilities

• Design, develop, organize, and implement Social and Environmental Wellness offerings to all residents of CRSS.
• Meet monthly and work collaboratively with the entire Wellness Team to design a well-rounded wellness program and create a community calendar.
• Establish communication and effective working relationships with other departments.
• Participate in department, interdepartmental meetings, and other scheduled meetings as they relate to Administration and/or resident care.
• Track participation of residents in all Social and Environmental Wellness programming.
• Provide Social and Environmental Wellness resources to all residents.
• Secure and maintain any needed supplies.
• Help assist with any employee wellness programming.

Knowledge And Skills Required

• Maintain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Maintain CDL Licensure
• Strong knowledge of Dimensions of Wellness with Champion-level knowledge of Vocational and Intellectual Wellness
• Utilize safety techniques and infection control practices in all aspects of task performances
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Knowledge of current wellness trends and best practices
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Experience with data analysis and outcome measurement
• Able to work collaboratively with diverse groups
• Proven track record in program development and management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
