About the role

AudioCodes is looking for an experienced, hunter-minded Director of Sales with a proven track record in enterprise Contact Center and CCaaS sales. We’re looking for an experienced Director of Sales to grow the Voca CIC business across North America West. You’ll hunt for new opportunities in existing AudioCodes accounts and new prospects, close the strategic ones yourself, and team up with our regional enterprise account managers and channel partners on the rest. You’ll be the face of Voca CIC in the region: trusted advisor to customers, subject matter expert to the field, and owner of regional sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Contact Center as a Service market in North America and establish yourself as the trusted Subject Matter Expert in the region.
• Uncover new sales opportunities in existing AudioCodes accounts and new prospects, close the strategic ones independently, and support our regional enterprise account managers on the rest.
• Identify lead-generating activities, with partners or without, and execute them together with the Voca CIC and AudioCodes teams.
• Bring new ideas for strategic and tactical improvements to how we go to market in the North America contact center space.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue end-customer targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in the Contact Center space and/or Conversational AI.
• Solid Contact Center and/or Conversational AI knowledge and the capacity to learn new technologies.
• Consultative selling style.
• Strong people skills and relationship building, comfortable working with different personality types and at all levels of a prospect’s organization.

• Independent, creative and resourceful, with an overachiever track record.
• Experience guiding enterprises through large-scale IT, CX or AI change beyond selling.
• A team player who leads with trust and openness.
