Troubleshooting
- Identify and troubleshoot customer VMware ESXi Infrastructure issues
- Identify and troubleshoot OS related issues
- Identify and troubleshoot server hardware issues
Technical/Functional Skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex VMware issues
- Plan and execute VMware upgrades and migrations
- Review VMWare ESXi server performance
- Verify VMWare ESXi server configuration
- Configure VMWare ESXi for High Availability
- Develop policies, procedures, and controls to secure the system
- Support of VxRail solution implementation
- Validate changes on the server, virtualization, and messaging platform
- Work on disaster recovery planning
- Install new applications and help configure them
- Design and implement tools and solutions for business continuity & disaster management
Experience
- Hands on experience on Vcenter, ESXi servers
- Able to work Active Directory creation and migration
- Manage multiple customers and work on multiple ticketing tools
- Experience in Windows and AD
- Good understanding of networking, storage, monitoring and management tools
- Interact with customers
- Very good team player with proper collaboration skills
