Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end ownership of escalated tickets for VMware Horizon VDI and RDSH environments.
• Proactively monitor and manage VMware vSphere / ESXi, VMware Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM), VMware App Volumes, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDSH), Golden Image Management, VMware Instant Clones / Linked Clones, and Image Automation Tools.
• Manage Windows OS administration and image management processes.
• Implement ITIL-based processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Manage and maintain a stable, secure, and performant virtualization platform through outcome-based end-user experience (EUX) management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience in Virtualization / EUC support and operations.
• Strong experience with VMware Horizon VDI and RDSH environments.
• Experience with Windows OS administration and image management.
• ITIL-based processes experience.
• Proven experience in enterprise IT services and operations.
