VMO consultant

Duration: 5+ Months Location: MN-Eagan, 100% Remote Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a VMO consultant, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Support the consolidation of ERP service providers to other strategic vendors, including tracking transition activities, timelines, and dependenciesPut the VMO strategy, governance framework, and ways of working designed with the professional services partner into practiceCoordinate and prepare quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with vendors, including agendas, performance data, action items, and follow-upTrack vendor performance, SLAs, deliverables and spend, and flag risks or issues earlyReview vendor contracts, statements of work, invoices and change requests for accuracy, and alignment with agreed termsBuild and maintain VMO tools, templates, trackers, dashboards, and documentationPartner with internal stakeholders, ERP teams, and vendor contacts to keep communication clear and work moving forward Qualifications 3+ years of -on experience in a Vendor Management Office (VMO), vendor management, or supplier management roleExperience supporting vendor governance activities such as QBRs, performance scorecards, SLA tracking, or contract complianceStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage many vendors and moving parts at onceComfortable working in ambiguity and building structure where little existsClear written and verbal communication, and comfort working with internal leaders and external vendorsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration toolsExperience with a vendor consolidation or a transition from one operating model to anotherExposure to ERP environments or ERP service providers The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $125,000 or the hourly equivalent.
