About the role

AFC Industries is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing supply chain management solutions for fasteners and assembly components to original equipment manufacturers, assembly plants, and other users of these products. We support a diverse industry base of manufacturers across a broad range of industries. Our experienced team has a proven track record of helping manufacturers and assemblers reduce cost, improve quality, and increase efficiency.

AFC provides localized expertise to customers in particular industries and geographies. We don't have a traditional hierarchical management structure; instead, our company is made up of on-the-ground experts operating in an entrepreneurial fashion with the backing and support of an enterprise-grade organization.

Responsibilities

• VMI Tech Route Delivery and Special Delivery
• Material scheduling at customer facilities
• Convert scanned orders to sales orders
• Expedite and react to customer no-stock and low-stock situations
• Maintain organization and cleanliness at customer facilities
• Communicate customer complaints or requests to customer service and the account manager
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Good driving record with a valid driver’s license (MVR required for this role)
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills with attention to detail

Previous route service experience is preferred.

Pay

Hourly pay: $19.00–$20.50

Schedule

8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
