This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location in the Pottery division as a Vitreous Process Cell Operator. We specialize in manufacturing high‑quality cast iron products.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting ware
• Handling various vitreous ware
• Making epoxy repairs
• Operating the robot spray booths
• Loading, reworking pieces, packing products
• Operating dryers
• Operating Pressure Cast Machines
• Moving ware buggies
• Floating between roles and covering where needed
• Maintaining clean‑shaven appearance for respirator fit
• Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs
• Passing the global aesthetic test
• Maintaining PIV certification

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred
• Physical capability to perform essential duties (bending, lifting, pushing weight)
• Successful completion of drug screen and background check
• Consistent attendance and work performance
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Pay

$27.95 per hour base rate plus a $1.50 shift premium.

Schedule

2nd Shift, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with overtime as needed; occasional mandatory overtime may be required.
