About the role
TubeScience is a performance creative agency based in the Los Angeles Arts District. We are seeking a Visual Strategist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Create and shoot 5–10 pieces of social video content per week for various Direct-to-Consumer brands
- Work across diverse categories including haircare, beauty, skincare, health & wellness, pet products, food & beverage, apps, and more
- Shoot both iPhone B-roll and full shoots as you grow in the role
- Collaborate on-camera and with others, including creators, friends, and actors
- Analyze performance data to inform future content creation
Requirements
- Experience in creating social video content (portfolio required)
- On-camera experience or background in user-generated content (UGC)
- Ability to produce high-quality video content on an iPhone
- Strong copywriting skills for clear and engaging scripts
- Effective project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their performance metrics
- Organized and communicative with the ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Experience driving real results through content (sales, sign-ups, engagement)
- Background in brand partnerships or fast-paced environments

Benefits
TubeScience offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $85,000, along with a bonus structure.
