What You'll Do

  • Watch video clips and write detailed prompts that capture the full visual story.
  • Describe characters, settings, camera angles, movement, and emotional tone with precision.
  • Balance technical cinematographic detail with narrative and mood context.
  • Produce multiple prompt variants for the same scene when required.
  • Follow style guides for wording, point of view, and specificity.
  • Suggest alternative phrasings and explain how they shift interpretation.
  • Maintain a consistent, expressive writing voice across large batches of clips.

Must-Have

  • Strong writer with a talent for vivid, precise visual language.
  • Solid understanding of film grammar — shot types, camera movement, staging, pacing.
  • Ability to describe what you see, not what characters say — no reliance on dialogue.
  • Comfortable following detailed prompt-writing guidelines and examples.
  • Self-directed and reliable when working through large content batches.

Nice To Have

  • Experience writing prompts for generative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, etc.).
  • Background in screenwriting, creative writing, storyboarding, or film criticism.
  • Familiarity with cinematography terminology.
