Visual Senior Product Designer (Remote/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Design scalable consumer experiences for web and mobile platforms
• Ensure designs are intuitive, conversion-focused, and scalable across the product portfolio
• Develop and document Figma components and patterns to bring the refreshed brand to life
• Create high-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes, and production-ready specs
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and brand teams to shape and ship impactful solutions
• Conduct usability tests, synthesize feedback, and iterate designs based on real user behavior

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing for web and mobile
• An inspiring portfolio showcasing thoughtful design and a passion for craft
• Experience contributing to and working within Figma component libraries
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools
• Comfortable adopting AI tools into the design process
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present work, give, and receive feedback

Qualifications

• Healthcare or healthtech experience is a plus
• E-commerce or conversion-focused design background is a plus
• Motion design and video skills are a plus
• Experience in rapidly scaling startups is a plus
• Presentation design skills (Figma, Google Slides) are a plus
