Visual Product Designer
Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements, business objectives, and user needs into visually impactful product features.
- Masterfully employ dynamic interactions and animation into digital products to gain attention and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with a team of in-house graphic designers, illustrators, animators and other creative teams to help develop assets from concept to final delivery.
- Effectively communicate ideas and design decisions to colleagues, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
- Balance technical constraints while staying true to the look and feel, and overall art-direction of Rockstar’s products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and shipping large-scale, customer-facing digital products.
- Proficient with current design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe After Effects, Principle, Framer).
- Ability to collaborate with highly technical teams to deliver large-scale projects.
- Refined sense of color, typography, and composition.
- Experience contributing to shared component libraries in Figma.
- Understanding of UX methodology and user-centered design.
- Working knowledge of protocols around accessibility and inclusivity.
Pluses
- Professional experience creating motion graphics.
- 3D experience (Blender, Cinema 4D).
- Experience working with GSAP or similar libraries for web animations.
- Passionate about video games, film, and entertainment.
