Visual Merchandising Specialist

About the role

The Visual Merchandising Specialist manages all aspects related to visual merchandising directives and standards within our retail environment. This role ensures a consistent brand image and product presentation, aiming to enhance store sales and create a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates closely with the team to implement merchandising standards and support the store leadership staff in various merchandising-related activities.
• Tracks product and fixture performance and makes data-driven decisions that drive product performance and business results.
• Performs typical retail associate responsibilities, delivering excellent customer service.
• Completes all projects and tasks outside of standard retail hours when required.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of store merchandising processes and standards.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including POS, Netsuite, Microsoft Office, and Inventory Management software.
• Adaptability, attention to detail, communication, critical thinking, customer service, inventory management, merchandising, multitasking, problem-solving, project management, teamwork, time management.
