This role is central to creating an immersive and engaging retail environment. By meticulously crafting visual displays and ensuring seamless execution, you will contribute to customer discovery, education, and the commercial success of new product introductions and ongoing merchandising efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and publish store layouts and detailed planograms for launches and merchandising resets.
  • Collaborate with global and regional counterparts to ensure strategic alignment across all merchandising initiatives.
  • Leverage regional and visual expertise to influence global strategy, localizing approaches to address specific market nuances.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through field feedback, observation, and comprehensive performance and space analysis.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate launches and effectively communicate the visual merchandising strategy.
  • Forecast and communicate accurate demo and visual element counts for merchandising changes, ensuring correct demo units are available in every store.
  • Develop and review store communications, including reset labor hours, merchandising setup guides, merchandising standards, and strategy guides.

  • Strong cross-functional agility with the ability to work effectively in a global organization, keeping work streams on deadline while continuously improving strategies and processes.
  • Strong process management and technical learning with proven ability for systems management.
  • Extensive retail and design experience in delivering commercial results through compelling visual merchandising.
  • Demonstrated passion for putting the customer first and crafting unique customer experiences within a retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Skilled partnership experience with senior management and the ability to collaborate with diverse technical and creative teams.
  • Project management and process improvement experience.
  • Demonstrates values of inclusion and diversity.
  • BA/BS degree; MBA a plus.
