Visual Merchandising Manager III
Location: Cupertino, California | Full-time, 6-month ongoing contract (W2) | Onsite, Monday – Friday | Pay: $65.87 per hour | Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
About the role
Create, maintain, and publish store layouts and detailed product planograms for product launches and merchandising resets. Partner with global and regional teams to ensure alignment across merchandising strategies and execution. Localize merchandising initiatives to meet regional market needs while maintaining consistency with worldwide standards. Analyze field feedback, store performance, and space utilization to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches and communicate visual merchandising strategies. Forecast demo product and visual element requirements, ensuring stores are equipped for merchandising changes. Develop and review merchandising communications, setup guides, standards documentation, and strategy materials.

Requirements
- Experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Experience building effective working relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership and diverse creative or technical teams.
- Background supporting regional or global merchandising initiatives.
- Exposure to process optimization, workflow enhancement, or operational efficiency projects.
- Experience using business insights to support merchandising decisions.
