Louis Vuitton is seeking to hire a Visual Merchandising Lead to join its team at the Miami Design District.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate window installations with the regional/corporate partners and local suppliers, managing product changes for each rotation.
  • Plan, prepare, and implement regular zoning and product rotations in collaboration with store management, including product preparation, database updates, and installation.
  • Provide qualitative and photographic feedback to the Visual Merchandising Manager after each rotation.
  • Monitor competitor activities, reporting best practices and serving as a visual merchandising ambassador within the store, demonstrating genuine passion and enthusiasm.
  • Implement store zoning for each product category, collaborating with Expert Advisors, Team Managers/Leads, Universe Managers, and the Store Manager, while also proposing alternative products when needed.
  • Conduct daily visual merchandising maintenance checks to uphold luxury retail standards, ensuring all elements (lighting, windows, props, furniture) are in excellent condition and manage reordering of necessary supplies.

The Visual Merchandising Team Lead is a key role responsible for bringing the Louis Vuitton brand to life within the store environment. This position requires a blend of creative vision, strong organizational skills, and a passion for luxury retail. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to execute visual merchandising strategies, maintain brand standards, and enhance the customer experience.

Pay

Hourly rate in the range of USD $36–$43, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
