Visual Merchandiser

Join the Rooms To Go team as a Visual Merchandiser, partnering with store management and other departments. Reliable transportation is required for travel within your area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Visual Merchandiser to develop and maintain merchandise counts and flow for each store in your area of responsibility
• Establish open and professional communication with store management teams
• Create and maintain the visual presentation of the showroom
• Coordinate furniture and accessory placement in accordance with company standards
• Organize and implement floor moves
• Hang artwork and mirrors

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Visual Merchandising experience, accessory and/or furniture retail preferred
• Ability to create and maintain consistent visual and merchandise presentations in accordance with company standards
• Ability to follow verbal and written direction from the Regional Visual Merchandiser with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation within your area of responsibility and/or region
• Strong work ethic, professional presentation, excellent communication, and solid customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lift and move furniture of 50lbs or more, with excellent mobility (bending, lifting, stooping, climbing, pushing, etc.)

Schedule

Flexible hours, ranging from 30-40 hours per week depending on location.
