Visual Media Quality Evaluator

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth visual analysis and quality assurance on images and videos to guarantee superior standards.
• Evaluate the aesthetic, stylistic, and compositional aspects of visual media, providing expert feedback.
• Assess clarity, consistency, and visual accuracy—identifying any issues or gaps with sharp attention to detail.
• Clearly articulate the differences and similarities between various visual outputs, enhancing team understanding.
• Deliver structured, constructive feedback that drives improvement in visual quality and consistency.
• Maintain objectivity and thoroughness in evaluations, ensuring alignment with established guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with other evaluators and creative professionals to achieve unified quality benchmarks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in visual media: photography, videography, video editing, camera operation, UX/UI design, or motion graphics.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience with a robust portfolio or proven work history.
• Advanced ability to identify and communicate nuanced visual differences and similarities.
• Demonstrated critical visual judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Native or C2 proficiency required).
• Proficiency in providing clear, actionable feedback in both written and verbal formats.
• Proven commitment to maintaining consistency and objectivity in quality assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in AI training, data labeling, or AI-adjacent evaluation roles.
• Familiarity with visual quality standards in tech-forward or research-driven settings.
• Experience working in remote, collaborative teams with diverse stakeholders.
