Visual Designer - Web

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement visually engaging, responsive web pages that enhance the user experience and brand identity.
• Develop interactive elements and light animations to create an engaging and dynamic digital experience.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless translation of designs into functional, high-performance websites.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align design solutions with strategic business objectives.
• Maintain and expand the design system, contributing to a cohesive and scalable brand identity across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in web or digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive, interactive designs.
• Skills: Proven expertise in UI/UX principles, brand storytelling, and marketing-driven web design. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand identity design. Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Additional: Experience designing for fintech, SaaS, or AI-driven products is a plus. Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support collaboration with developers. Experience creating light animations and interactive elements (CSS animations, After Effects). Bonus: Experience building websites in Webflow.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
