Job Description onsemi is looking for a highly skilled and driven Visual Designer to join our global Brand and Marketing team based at our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ where design is not just support but a core driver of how our story, solutions and innovations come to life. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who wants to stay close to the work, owning ideas from concept through execution while influencing the direction and impact of what we create. You’ll take on complex, high-visibility projects, transforming strategic inputs into compelling, scalable design that resonates across a global audience. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing creative team, collaborating across North America, EMEA and APAC to shape a cohesive, modern and unmistakable onsemi brand experience. Our Creative Principles We believe great design tells a story: clear, compelling and impossible to ignoreWe push beyond the expected to create work that feels modern, intentional and boldWe value ideas as much as execution: strong thinking drives strong visualsWe design for impact and outcomes, not just deliverablesWe embrace new tools and technologies to move faster and create smarterWe hold a high bar for craft, detail and consistency because it mattersWe work as a team across regions and disciplines to create a unified global brandWe challenge each other to do better and support each other to get there Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Lead design initiatives from concept through final delivery, ensuring all outputs meet brand, quality and production standardsTranslate stakeholder input and business needs into clear, effective visual solutionsDeliver work across print, digital, event environments and multimedia designEnsure consistency and accuracy across all deliverables, including typography, layout, color and brand application Expanded Responsibilities Own end-to-end creative solutions: deliver work that drives usability, adoption and business impactDesign scalable systems: create templates, frameworks and assets that enable global consistencyManage projects independently: define scope, timelines and priorities while meeting deadlinesPartner with cross-functional teams: align with stakeholders and guide decisions through strong design rationaleCollaborate globally: work across NA, EMEA and APAC to ensure consistent executionEnable self-service: develop tools such as Adobe Express templates that empower teams to create on-brand contentEnsure production excellence: deliver vendor-ready files and maintain high quality standardsLeverage AI tools: improve speed, iteration and output quality using modern workflows such as FireflyExecute high-quality designs: apply strong fundamentals across Adobe Creative CloudCreate video and motion content: develop and edit assets using Adobe Premiere Pro and After EffectsSupport 3D and spatial design: contribute to event and environmental concepts using tools like Cinema 4D or similar Qualifications Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, New Media or Fine Arts or equivalent3-5+ years of relevant design experience in agency or corporate environmentsStrong portfolio demonstrating:Brand systems and identity workCampaign and multi-channel executionEvent and environmental designHigh-quality production work Core Skills And Capabilities Advanced proficiency with print, digital and motion in Adobe Creative CloudWorking knowledge of AI-enabled creative tools such as Adobe FireflyExperience building scalable design systems and templatesStrong understanding of print and digital production processesExperience working in project management tools such as Workfront or similar Preferred Skills Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender and SketchUpExperience supporting large-scale events and environmentsExperience working across global teams and time zonesFamiliarity with UX and UI and accessibility best practices Professional Attributes Operates with a high degree of ownership, accountability and independenceOutcome-focused with the ability to connect design work to business impactStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityExercises sound judgment in ambiguous or fast-moving situationsCommunicates clearly and effectively across teams and regionsAble to influence stakeholders and guide decisions with confidenceCollaborative mindset with a willingness to support team success About Us onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
