Visual Designer

About the role

Workforce Strategy and Analytics is seeking a Designer to support executive presentations, essential communications, and effective visual materials.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with communications leads, business partners, and senior team members to bring clarity to uncertainty.
• Translate business priorities into refined visuals and develop materials that help simplify complex topics for easier understanding and application.

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
• The ability to build executive-level presentations, branded materials, SharePoint sites, newsletters, layouts, and graphics.
• Apply Fidelity’s brand standards while bringing fresh, modern approaches to building layouts, typography, color, hierarchy, and composition.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and asking thoughtful questions.
• Experience with basic video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia tools is a plus.

Qualifications

Pay

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45.00 – $60.00 per hour. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
