Responsibilities

• Concept and create video campaigns, email campaigns, paid social, digital ads, content pages such as the homepage and PDPs
• Edit video
• Copywriting
• Photoshoot production
• Creator Partnerships
• Source, vet, and manage relationships with creators and influencers that align with the brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
• Coordinate content creation, contracts, and deliverables
• Execute partnership ads — from briefing creators to uploading content into ad platforms
• Social media execution
• Support content planning and scheduling. Post and engage across platforms
• Comfort behind and in front of the camera. Shoot iphone quality video content with the team
• Stay plugged into social media best practices, platform changes, and cultural trends

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design, art direction, branding work experience; with menswear experience a bonus
• Hands-on skills in Photoshop and Figma
• Video content creation and editing experience
• Comfortable being on camera and shooting content, not just directing others
• Experience working with tools such as Shopify, Dropbox, Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, Asana
