Visual Designer

For our client, we are seeking a Visual Designer to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will shape compelling visual storytelling for presentations, digital communications, and motion-driven content that helps translate complex business and technology messages into clear, engaging narratives. The Visual Designer will partner closely with writers, strategists, and other stakeholders to deliver polished creative assets that align with brand standards and support high-impact internal and external communications. This is a highly collaborative position that blends presentation design, motion graphics, and multidisciplinary visual execution across multiple formats and timelines. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $112,200 – $142,100 annually Responsibilities Create visual design assets for presentations, social media, and digital communications Translate complex business and technology messages into engaging visual narratives Design and produce motion graphics and animations for diverse environments Collaborate with writers and strategists to develop creative solutions aligned with brand standards Manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished work on time Qualifications 10+ years of experience in visual design, motion design, or multidisciplinary design Proficiency in PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro Experience creating presentation design, motion graphics, and digital visual assets for corporate communications Portfolio showcasing work in presentation design, visual design, and motion/animation Experience managing projects from concept to final production for various platforms Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with matching contributions Paid parental leave and short- and long-term disability coverage Flexible vacation time off program for exempt employees Paid time off for holidays, personal wellness, and volunteer opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
