- Must have full-time work experience as a brand designer, product designer, digital designer, visual designer, creative or art directors
- Must have a design portfolio to showcase
- Able to work independently and asynchronously within a distributed team and with AI research partners
- Belief that your creative insight can surpass current AI in visualizing and explaining business concepts
