Visual Design Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Visual Design Lead to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will shape the visual direction of digital experiences, bringing together design systems, motion, and product storytelling to elevate the customer experience. You will partner closely with UX, engineering, and leadership to define a polished, consistent look and feel across digital products. The position calls for someone who can guide high-quality execution while contributing constructive feedback and helping teams translate ideas into compelling, on-brand designs.
