Visual Design Co-op - Spring 2027

About the role
The position works closely with visual designers to develop creative design solutions with high visual impact for key management and product development teams. Design responsibilities such as typography, iconography, color, space, and texture are to be manifested in product branding, logotypes, layouts, posters, presentations, infographics, and photo manipulation projects.
The position may work collaboratively with and support Interaction Design, Production Design and/or other cross-functional design teams, updating and assisting visual design aspects that relate to the project activities of Crown Design. Provide graphic support on various production phase requirements, including design and preparation of on-truck graphics and labeling, mockup decals, print & package design, and/or general assistance.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative design solutions with high visual impact for management and product development teams
- Apply design principles (typography, iconography, color, space, texture) to branding, logotypes, layouts, posters, presentations, infographics, and photo manipulation
- Collaborate with Interaction Design, Production Design, and cross-functional teams on visual design aspects
- Provide graphic support during production phases, including on-truck graphics, labeling, mockup decals, print, and package design
Requirements
- Completed first year of a 2 or 4-year college program focusing on Graphic/Visual Communications
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design tools
- Must attach an online link or PDF portfolio with application
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (no temporary visas)
