Visual Dashboard Developer

About the Role

Andromeda Systems Incorporated (ASI) is seeking a Visual Dashboard Developer to work onsite in Pax River, MD. This position is not eligible for remote work. ASI provides tools and services to assist Physical Asset Owners, Fleet Managers, and Military Program Managers in gaining critical insights into their equipment’s performance, optimizing operations, and achieving measurable life-cycle cost savings. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing dashboards, integrating datasets, and providing technical expertise to support our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards in Qlik Sense or other data visualization tools.
• Integrate and prepare large, varied datasets for analysis.
• Identify and assess data attributes using statistical software packages to develop recommendations and analytical processes based on mission requirements.
• Implement improved systems, procedures, and organizational changes.
• Employ analysis techniques such as work breakdown structures, activity-based costing, process and productivity improvement measurements, program audits/evaluations, and performance testing.
• Research, develop, implement, and utilize statistical methods and strategies to address tactical and strategic problem sets.
• Provide highly technical expertise in developing reports and conducting statistical and predictive analysis.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and clients to understand and recommend activities related to analytics.
• Analyze and create data sets.

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of operational experience in industrial and logistics maintenance planning and sustainment.
• At least 4 years of integrated logistics support across the spectrum of ILS elements.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (additional four years of acquisition or operational logistics management experience may be substituted for degree).
• Experience as a Qlik Sense/Tableau/Power BI developer.
• Experience with SDR, Advana, and Jupiter databases.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a diverse team of government and contractor personnel.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL/Python (Pandas).
• Experience with Naval Aviation databases, including OOMA, DECKPLATE, CMP, or AMSRR.

Pay

$85,000 - $110,000 per year
