Visual Communications Coordinator (On-Site - La Crosse, WI)
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences.
We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have:
- Intro paragraph about People First culture. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use "About the role" for the intro.
- Then we have "PURPOSE: This role will provide visual communication support..." That's essentially responsibilities. Could be "Responsibilities". We'll list duties as bullet list.
- Then "ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:" with many bullet-like sentences. We'll convert to
- .
- Then "MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:" includes Education & Experience, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Licenses and Certifications, Physical Demands, Environmental Demands, Other Job Characteristics. Could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The instruction includes both Requirements and Qualifications headings. We need to decide which to use. Probably combine into "Qualifications" (education, experience, skills, licenses). Could also have "Requirements" for physical/environmental demands. But we should avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can have one "Qualifications" section covering education, experience, skills, licenses, and another "Requirements" for physical/environmental demands? But that may be thin. Better to have "Qualifications" covering education, experience, skills, licenses; and maybe "Requirements" for physical/environmental demands and other job characteristics. However we need to avoid filler. The posting has substantive content for both.
We also have "Hiring Salary Range: $24.71 - $34.62 Compensation is determined by a combination of factors..." That's Pay info. So we should include a Pay section.
We have "BENEFITS:" with list. So Benefits section.
Schedule: The posting mentions "Due to nature of role and work performed, position is expected to report in-office at our La Crosse, WI Administration Building and is not eligible for hybrid scheduling." Also mentions may need to work after normal business hours. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits, Schedule. Possibly also Requirements? But we can incorporate physical/environmental demands into Qualifications or Schedule? Better to have Qualifications for education/experience/skills/licenses, and Requirements for physical/environmental demands and other job characteristics. But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed. Let's see if we can make both substantive.
Qualifications: Education & Experience, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Licenses and Certifications.
Requirements: Physical Demands, Environmental Demands, Other Job Characteristics (confidentiality, technical proficiency, etc.). That seems substantive.
Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Pay, Benefits, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, contact for accommodation, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. The posting includes "Dairyland Power Cooperative is an equal opportunity employer..." and contact info. Remove that.
Also remove "If you are an individual with disabilities..." etc.
Also remove "Hiring Salary Range:" line? Actually we need to keep salary range info in Pay section. So we keep that.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Let's extract content.
