Visual and Performing Arts Assistant (VAPA) - Temporary

About the Role

These are temporary positions that will end 6/30/2028.

Requirements

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• AND 48 college units OR Associate or Bachelor's degree OR passing score (70% in both ELA and Math) on the Paraprofessional Exam administered by the Sutter County Superintendent of Schools, located at 970 Klamath Lane, Yuba City, (530)822-2900

You must attach proof of this requirement by either attaching a copy of college transcripts or attaching a copy of the Paraprofessional letter showing passing score of 70% in both ELA and Math.

Pay

$19.57 - $23.81 per hour (5 step increments - per contract: highest placement with experience is step 3).

Schedule

3 hours per day / 180 calendar year.
