Visitor Services Member - Desert National Wildlife Refuge

Responsibilities

• Maintain visitor facilities and ensure their cleanliness and safety.
• Provide information and guidance to visitors about refuge activities and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all refuge policies and procedures.
• Respond to visitor inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with the public or in a customer service role preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wildlife management and conservation practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
