Responsibilities
- Maintain visitor facilities and ensure their cleanliness and safety.
- Provide information and guidance to visitors about refuge activities and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all refuge policies and procedures.
- Respond to visitor inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with the public or in a customer service role preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications

- Knowledge of wildlife management and conservation practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
