Visitor Security Control Specialist

Key Duties

• Support physical security activities
• Provide accurate directions and information to visitors
• Manage information related to contractor staff
• Provide customer service support to visitors and personnel
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other computer-based systems to support security requirements
• Support requirements in accordance with Army Physical Security policies and procedures

Requirements

• Secret clearance
• High school diploma
• One year of experience in physical security activities
• Knowledge of Army Physical Security policies and procedures
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Ability to manage information of Contractor staff
• Understand effective customer services orientation
• Great attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of concepts and theories of Physical Security programs, principles and practices
