About the role

Construction escorts accompany and monitor workers or visitors who do not have authorized access to certain construction sites or secure areas. Their primary duty is to ensure these individuals follow protocols and do not access restricted zones. Construction escorts help maintain site security, prevent unauthorized entry, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Effective communication and vigilance are key skills for this role.

Responsibilities

• Escort uncleared construction workers to ensure compliance within classified areas.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to walk, stand, and navigate active job sites for extended periods.

Schedule

9/80 work schedule.

Training

Customer and contract-specific training will be required and provided.

Pay

Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
