Visiting Researcher
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in thorough publication review, contributing insights and expertise to enhance the quality of research literature.
- Create peer-reviewed publications that showcase our division's research and findings.
- Conduct comprehensive review and analysis of clinical databases and patient electronic health records (EHR).
- Aid in the execution of clinical trials, supporting various aspects of trial management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of research protocols.
- Work Location
Qualifications
- MD is required.
- Published in high impact and prestigious journals, such as Lancet, Annals of Surgery, and European Journal of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery.
- Experience participating in RCTs.
- Preferred: Experience with Strata and/or Redcap, Statistics experience, Prior research experience related to vascular surgery, Training in vascular surgical procedures, Demonstrated skills in problem-solving and working collaboratively and effectively with other members of a research team.
